Moser Consulting is a proud sponsor of the Indiana Oracle Users Group’s annual Technology Day. The annual event will be held on Thursday, September 17, at the Forum Conference and Event Center in Fishers, IN.

This year’s keynote address will be by Bob Stackowiak of Oracle and is titled, “Big Data and the Internet of Things”.

Stackowiak has worked for over 20 years in IT industry related roles that have included software development, management of software development, systems engineering, sales and sales consulting, and business development. He is currently recognized worldwide as a field sales expert in data warehousing at Oracle, and previously was well recognized for his work at IBM's RISC System/6000 Division, Harris Computer Systems, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He has also authored numerous books and articles on Big Data and Databases.

Besides the keynote address, this year’s Technology Day will feature three separate technology tracks: DB12c/Golden Gate; Big Data; and Cloud Computing/OEM 12c. Each track will also have up to four break-out sessions with interactive presentations and question & answer sessions.

Attendance to the conference is free and includes a continental breakfast and a lunch. Registration begins at 8:30am and ends at 4:30pm.

Gary Wicke of Moser Consulting serves as President of the Indiana Oracle Users Group (INOUG). “The group is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping Oracle professionals throughout Indiana increase their knowledge and experience with Oracle and related technologies,” Wicke said. The group’s users gather quarterly to share ideas and discuss technology topics.
